texworks synctex support in poppler

Hi,

a few days ago I installed texworks (http://www.tug.org/texworks/) and
it supports already synctex while using poppler library. At the wiki
page I saw that evince is using also poppler and therefore I would like
to know if you have plans when to integrate the synctex support in
evince. If there is synctex support in evince there should be also the
possibility to configure the editor for "inverse search".
