Unfortunately not. The relevant bug (while specifically for tablets) is
here: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=557956

It would be great if a a toggle option could be introduced such as
"swap select and drag mouse buttons" to be stored in ev-metadata.xml on
a per-document basis. (just to be consistent, although I would prefer a
global setting)

I'd be happy to patch this if the concept is acceptable.
