gtk-only patch

Hi!
I'm working on the gtk-only patch of evince. (To be more precise I
just continued the work of Jani Monoses.) The current state can be
found here:

I use my patched version in my everyday-work.
But since I can't read/understand the whole source obviously, I'd
be happy if this patch would be checked and merged into cvs, so the main
developers could continue this effort (probably with less bug).
