Improve font rendering of PostScript files?

Hello,

I'm currently using Evince on an Ubuntu Feisty to view documents I
create with LaTeX. I prefer to work with the PostScript format rather
than the PDF one, but the font rendering is not so good. Here is an
example:

It's the same document, I only used the command ps2pdf to create the
PDF file. Is is possible to improve the font rendering of PostScript
files to get the same results as with PDF files?
