2 Feature Requests : Set Page Offset, Remember page even when file is moved

It would be handy if you could set a certain page in a document to be regarded by evince as page 1, and have evince remember this for each document.  So in scanned documents you can make page 1 actually be page 1, preceding pages could have negative numbers.

It would also be nice if evince could still remember what page you were on when you exited even if the file is moved to a different directory.
