Hi,
I get the following after ./configure --enable-pdf , for evince-2.19.4:
Configure summary:
GNOME Support......: yes
Print Support......: gtk
DBUS Support.......: yes
Nautilus Plugin....: no
Thumbnailer........: yes
Gtk-Doc Support....: no
PDF Backend........: no
PostScript Backend.: yes
TIFF Backend.......: yes
DJVU Backend.......: no
DVI Backend........: no
Pixbuf Backend.....: no
Comics Backend.....: no
Impress Backend....: no
I don't understand why I can't get PDF support.
I did the following to find the poppler version:
$ export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/
and
$ pkg-config --modversion --cflags --libs poppler
0.5.9
-I/usr/local/include/poppler -L/usr/local/lib -lpoppler
Any ideas how to get PDF support on the new evince? I am currently
using Fedora with 0.8.2 , which is the latest from the 'Add/Remove
Software' and supports PDF just fine.
Thanks much,
Gideon
