forms support for 2.20

Now that evince has branched, I though it would be a good time to
ask about the status of the forms support that was worked on as part
of last years SoC. What are the chances of seeing that integrated for
Gnome 2.20 ? It would be great. I _really_ want to do next years tax
forms in evince !
