Yeah, sadly evince 0.5.3 requires poppler HEAD, it should be quite
stable so I don't see much problem with such dependency. Moreover it's
the development release.

Some important problems were fixed in poppler since 0.5.1, so we will be
thankful if someone will ping poppler devs about new release :)
