I have the fullscreen auto-hide patch that I ripped off from Kristian's
work on Evince [*] and just need to ask him if it's ok to use. :-)
Other than that I don't have any major changes in mind.

My only possibly UI cleanups currently are:

	* Changing the page number spinbox to be something different since I
don't think anyone really uses the little up and down arrows on that
thing.  Just changing it to a text entry might be fine.

	* Possibly stealing epiphany's find bar hide system to remove the close
button from our find bar

Those can wait as I don't think they are that big/important.
