feature-idea: pop-up index of a pdf

Hi List,

at the moment using the index of the sidebar looks like this:

1.) open pdf and resize window until the font-size pleases you.
2.) open sidebar
3.) switch to index-view
4.) resize the whole window cause the index needs alot of horizontal space
5.) select whatever you're looking for in the index
6.) close sidebar
7.) resize window again

Instead it could look like this:

1.) open pdf and resize window until the font-size pleases you.
2.) click on the index-menu and a menu pops up showing the index.
It could look like the familiar Bookmarks-menu from a webbrowser.
3.) select whatever you're looking for in the Index
