I don't know what is meant by "support for Read Later online accounts".

If you mean support for adding new URLs to the reading list, I've done
this for Pocket in: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=720444
but the approach was rejected.

As for reading, bolso has Pocket support, but needs more work:

I have no plans for working on Wallabag-specific support for any of
those (been using Pocket since 2010, and though slowly thinking about 
Wallabag as an alternative, my interest for switching has dwindled
since Pocket got bought by Mozilla).
