npapi-vlc enabling for epiphany browser

Hi All,
We have installed npapi-vlc and epiphany browser.
when we launch epiphany with html page which has vlc embedded in it, epiphany browser shows "missing plugin"
please help me to know how to enable npapi-vlc pluign for epiphany browser.
