Integrate archive creation when uploading files and directories

Hi! After archive extraction for downloads seem to be completed, I
also try to integrate archive creation for uploads. The code consists
of 4 commits available at

The library gnome-autoar is hosted on git.gnome.org now. The bug
report for archive extraction
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=705599) has no update this
month. Does someone has time to review the patches recently?
