form filler

I'd love to have a form filler for Epiphany which can automatically fill in my name, address, and maybe even credit card information on a Web page.  I hate having to type this information in over and over again on every Web form I fill out, e.g. when ordering something online.

I suppose this feature could be added to the Epiphany core if we think it's fundamental enough. Name/address/credit card information could appear in a new tab in the Personal Data window. Or this could be an extension using Epiphany's upcoming extension system once it's designed and implemented (see https://mail.gnome.org/archives/epiphany-list/2012-October/msg00006.html).

Do the Epiphany core developers have an opinion about where this feature would belong? Could I reasonably file a Bugzilla feature request to track this either in epiphany or epiphany-extensions, or some where else?
