libproxy disuse?

Hello.

I can not make epiphany use libproxy after some of the updates.

>From the what I see I can conclude the libproxy works:

  $ http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:3128 proxy http://www.ru

  http://127.0.0.1:3128

But not the epiphany:

  $ http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:3128 ktrace epiphany http://www.ru

The gnome-network-properties has the same proxy settings. Versions are:
epiphany-2.30.6_3 libproxy-0.4.6
