Suggestion for Redesigning about: pages

Hello,

I've made a small patch that changes the design of about:pages.To be precise these are about:memory / plugins / epiphany.They have the same "feeling" with about:applications page and they look nice with the Epiphany's theme.

About the patch,should i file a bug to bugzilla or i can post it in mailing list ?
