Epiphany itself is licensed under the GPL. The rendering engine Webkit is
licensed under LPGL and BSD licenses. All of these are open source licenses,
so it should be totally possible to include these projects on a Linux based
system, given that you respect the licenses. In fact, this is what many
other vendors do as well.
