There's really no ready-made way of doing this, but your best bet is
probably access the EphyWindow from an extension and then get the
location entry from there (either accessing the toolbar or perhaps
through GtkUIManager). Then you'll have to mess with it to fit it to
your needs, you'll probably want to read up on GtkEntry and
GtkEntryCompletion and check lib/widgets/ephy-location-entry.c to see
how it works.
