Accidentally crippled Epiphany!

A stray mouse cursor and I appear to have irretrievably deleted the
Back option from the Toolbar...I can't restore it nor does the F1 key
bring up a help menu.

Are there any known cures for this?...what details of the situation
might you need?(GNOME with FreeBSD 7.3 on a Dell Poweredge 2650).
