Installing Seed extensions

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install a Seed extension in Epiphany 2.28.0, but so far I had no success. The extension I want to install can be found at: http://blogs.gnome.org/racarr/2009/02/08/epiphany-seed-extensions. I've done the following:

1. Copy the metadata information to ~/.gnome2/epiphany/extensions/close-multiple-tabs (the article doesn't mention which name this file should have)

2. Copy the code to ~/.gnome2/epiphany/extensions/close-multiple-tabs.js  

3. Restart Epiphany

The extension doesn't show up in the extensions menu. Can anyone point me what I am doing wrong? 

I am running Debian Sid and the examples at http://git.gnome.org/cgit/seed/tree/examples work fine on my machine.
