First off, happy 2009!

The only bug I see here is that apparently, Claws doesn't honour the
tab/window behaviour preference in Gnome's Preferred Applications
dialog. If you can provide a patch for that, please feel free to do so -
but I don't think that belongs on the Epiphany mailing list. :-)
