Hmm, yes, I'm confused. The page http://webcat.hud.ac.uk/ipac20/ipac.jsp?profile=cls does have a <link rel="search" ... /> tag in its <head>. AFAIU this should trigger autodiscovery... but I don't see Epiphany doing anything special on that page.
