Adobe Flash player question

I was on www.scifi.com site and I was not able to see some of the stuff
on the site because I needed a flash player.  I downloaded the player
and was installing it and it was asking for a directory for the
browsers...Mozilla, SeaMonkey or Firefox.  I saw firefox, but, I did not
see mozilla or seemonkey.  What do I do to get the flashplayer to
install/work?
