Epiphany 2.18.2 on Arch Linux 05.2007
Linux lulzdell 2.6.21-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Jun 12 02:55:15 CEST
2007 x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
The DPI solution worked fine for me. Without it, at 96 DPI, Google
searches looked incredibly small.

Which version of Epiphany were you using? Which distribution?
Not so long ago, a patch was integrated that changed the initial default
font size. Also I'm not sure that changing DPI value is a correct
solution here, because it should match the DPI value of your monitor.
