As far as I know Firefox uses Ctrl+PgUp / Ctrl+PgDn by default, just
like Epiphany. However there is a third-party extension that does what
you're asking, please see

No, it isn't. However, you can put a New Tab button on the toolbar, if
you like.

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335575 . One comment describes
a way to do it manually but I haven't confirmed if this actually works.

Epiphany just inherits the Firefox RSS view (for example, load
http://planet.gnome.org/rss20.xml) but it doesn't support live
