There is no version available for windows, and there are no plans to
create one.


However, there's a windows browser called K-Meleon
(http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/) that embeds the Gecko rendering
engine the same way Epiphany does. The two projects are unrelated but
you may want to check it out.
