Build error: error: iso-codes is required

Hi,
I am trying to build epiphany. 
When I run "./configure", I get this error:

checking whether to build the certificates manager...
no
checking for iso-codes package... no
configure: error: iso-codes is required

Can hyou please tell me what should I do to resolve
this error?
