See http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany/documentation/ for the extension writing HOWTO. If you choose to develop an extension with Python (which would make it very, very easy to code), you would be best off basing your code on the example at <http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany/documentation/extensions/ch04s06.html#id2464129> Sending a patche (or extension) to this list is good. You can also join #epiphany on irc.gnome.org and talk about it there. Or you can create a new bug on bugzilla.gnome.org and attach your patch/extension to it.
