Why combine history items and bookmark items? What's gained? (Is that

This is also discussed on
http://live.gnome.org/Epiphany_2fBookmarksHistoryIntegration
but to make a long story short: I think there is little conceptual
difference between a history and a bookmark item. A bookmark can be
defined as a persistent history item, and a history item can be defined
as a volatile bookmark.
There may still be a different UI geared towards different use cases
("you know the bookmark title" vs "you only know you visited some site
last Friday at lunchtime").
