I'm glad you are interested in Epiphany. Epiphany lacks support for
Windows because it depends on components that are unavailable for
Windows.
If you are willing to try a different operating system, I recommend
Ubuntu, because I have had good experiences with it. You can have
Ubuntu and Windows installed on your computer at the same time, and
choose which one to run when your computer starts, which is called
