Epiphany Bookmarks Patch h9

Hi.

* What is it ?
==============

This is a patch is for the Epiphany web browser (part of GNOME), and
auto-magically provides hierarchical bookmarks to users. It does this
without violating the spirit of the topic-based approach Epiphany uses.
It also provides a useful enhancement to the topic selector, and reworks
some other user-interface elements (such as the bookmarks bar and
tooblar editor).

This release is a backport of my current patch to CVS head (not yet
released). I'd welcome testing by people to gauge user response and/or
crashes. I have no reason to expect crashes as the difference between
1.6.1 and CVS head is not substantial.

Release h9 applies to Epiphany 1.6.1 (which is the current stable release).

    * Updated patch for 1.6.1. Long time no see.
    * Now using EphyLink objects everywhere.
