Update on automatic hierarchical bookmarks

Hi all,

Sorry to be annoying. Have updated my patch to generate a hierarchical
bookmark menu for Epiphany. Have uploaded the patch and will shortly
upload a binary i386 Debian package for Epiphany 1.2.5 to:
  http://www.dsl.uow.edu.au/~harvey/code_epiphany.shtml

This latest patch also modifies the topic selector to highlight those
topics that you should probably pick next when categorising your
bookmarks. Useful when you have 15+ topics and significant overlap
between topics (for example, if I tick the 'Research' topic for a
bookmark it automatically suggests I tick 'People' or 'Conference' or
'Constraints').

I will try to keep this patch up to date as newer releases of Epiphany
make their way into Debian. Please send me reports of whether you like
the patch or not.

Note: if you have no bookmarks which are in multiple topics, your
bookmark menu will not change. You need to have bookmarks with multiple
topics before you'll notice anything.

See ya.
