Mangling of smart bookmarks :(

Hi there,

 I've compiled epiphany from source on Lunar-linux, but I'm having a problem
that it mangles the queries for smart bookmarks :(

ie. test:// becomes test%3A%2F%2F

This causes troubles ofr my tinyurl.com smart book mark and other internal
query smart bookmarks that need :, / etc. characters :(

Now I know this is not a epiphany trouble, but somthing else's trouble that
does this, as galeon on this machine have the same trouble :( while another
SuSE 9.0 doesn';t have this problem :(

What I do want to know is, where/when does this smart bookmark getting parsed, so
that I can fix my problem for good.
