If you want to use middle-click paste to load the url, you have to set a
gconf key: "/apps/epiphany/general/middle_click_open_url", for example
with this command from the shell:

gconftool-2 --set "/apps/epiphany/general/middle_click_open_url" \
 --type=bool true
