There'll probably be an extension for that... say, within the next 6
months. Depends on how much people complain ;).

Most of the necessary code is already in the popup-blocker extension
(which could [and maybe should] easily be extended to apply to cookies
and images). If you're interested in coding it yourself, there's tons of
documentation and source code at http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany.
