Hm a Cancel/Download is probably justified here. With a good mime db it would not be showed many times, so it wouldnt even annoy Renata.

It's an interesting idea, two dialogs are a pain. On short time I think we should not move too far from 1.0 ui when automatic is off. We are already past feature/ui freeze.

Yeah. Renata downloaded viruses on his computer accidentally more than one time. I think one of the good point of not having confirmation by default is that when we show a security risk dialog the user will notice it.
As Adam suggested it would be useful for Armando to have an alternate "Save As" in this dialog too. Basically it could be just like the Confirmation dialog, with an additional note about the possible security issue.
