Epiphany saves its bookmarks in RDF, using the RSS 1.0 vocabulary, in
.gnome2/epiphany/bookmarks.rdf.

Using XSLT you can probably convert this to Mozilla bookmark format.
Hint: use the dc:subject as the folder name.  If you do write such an
XSLT, I'm sure this list would be interested to see it.
