Bookmarks from panel

What command do I use to open epiphany bookmarks (not epiphany itself)
from my gnome panel?

I love epiphany's simplicity.  I use it for all my linux stuff, eg.
forums, major sites, download sites etc.  I browse and do more general
research through Mozilla-firefox.

Therefore, I don't need to launch epiphany first, then use the book
marks, I want to go directly to my epiphany book marks from an
icon/launcher on my panel.
