Mine was that the toggle button would "remember" its state for that
domain. Not that much of a difference either way, I don't think.

Though there may be some hack way to do this using CSS, it'd be better
if Mozilla did this for us. I'm awful at bug searching, but I found
these relevant ones on Mozilla bugzilla: #187452, #187636, #220927.

We've also got to figure out how to make extensions add toolbar buttons
:). Even if this ends up being part of the core browser, it'd probably
be best off to start it out as an extension.
