Can you explain why we switched from using a defaultprefs.js file to 
hardcoding? This came up in IRC last nite when yakk wanted to change the 
default search. Seemed like doing this in ephy is sort of crack, but letting 
users change moz prefs through about:config seems slightly less harmful.
