[Epiphany] GTK2 Native Theme

This may be old news to some, but I recently updated mozilla, recompiled
epiphany, and noticed something different: native scrollbars.  Very
nice.

RH 8 and 9 users can get GTK2 native theme enabled RPMs at:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/experimental/gtk2/2003-05-07-12-trunk/
