[Epiphany] Compiling on RedHat9

Hello out there,

I got a problem with compiling 0.6 on my RedHat boy. I compiled mozilla 
1.4 as suggested, and it works just fine. Now, when doing the 
./configure in the epiphany directory, it still claims that 1.2.1 is 
installed. How can I point the configure file to the correct mozilla 
directories (usr/local/lib). Additionally, should I point to the libs or 
to the mozilla-prog itself.
