[Epiphany] libegg toolbar status

Hi,

What's the status on the "priority text beside icons" bug in
epiphany/libegg? I'm using epiphany on my laptop now, and having text
below icons takes up a lot of space.

Also, is it possible to have a border around the buttons on the toolbar
of 1 pixel width? That's what all the current gnome apps have
(evolution, galeon, gedit etc.). It looks better than what
libegg/epiphany currently does.
