[Epiphany] Out for some days and ui freeze

I'm a bit cooked and I'm going to stay out of development for a few
days, until the next release on 30 Jul.
There are not critical issues that I know but it would be good to
complete UI review bug fixes for that release.

Chpe is going to check in a patch for this.

First we need to make a call, for both history and bookmarks. I'm fine
with what Reinouts and Dave decide.
Then we need someone to do a patch, it's not hard. Otherwise I guess it
will have to wait post 1.0 ... I'll probably have no time to do it
myself.

If there are urgent stability fixes that needs to go in before the
release please send me a private mail.
