Hi, Ade: Crop feature was reported some time ago as bug[1]. It means that this feature is in EOG todo list. [1] https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487062 Regards, Javier Sánchez El sáb, 23-03-2013 a las 22:29 +0700, Ade Malsasa Akbar escribió:
Hello Eog developers, I have installed almost all image viewer available in Linux. The are 20++ applications for it in my Ubuntu 12.04. I have tried all and as result Eog is the fastest for viewing. Because Libreoffice doesn't has crop feature, I always use external viewer for cropping (right click > Edit external). But my default viewer was Eog, and Eog can't do cropping. So I right click again and edit it in Shotwell or Gwenview or another (please, no GIMP). It is too complex for simple job like cropping. Maybe I can wait Libreoffice team for preparing internal cropper, but how if Eog has it? I think maybe it is not the best solution for document editing, but it is too far simpler than I must edit in > 1 external editor. So I need Eog to has crop feature. I think there are many users same with me. Thank you. Regards, Ade Malsasa Akbar
