Eye of GNOME 3.1.1

Hi!

Although we forgot to send announcements, eog-3.0.0 got out into the
public as did it's first patch release 3.0.1. But development didn't
stop. Here's the first unstable release of what will become Eye of GNOME
3.2 with the biggest change so far being the rewrite of the help docs
using Mallard.


* What is it ?

Eye of GNOME (EOG) is the image viewer for the GNOME desktop.


* What's changed in 3.1.1 (since 3.0.0) ?

  * Rewrite help docs using Mallard (Tiffany Antopolski, Ryan Lortie,
    Mario Blättermann, Felix Riemann)
  * Upgrade to use Little CMS 2 library for color profiling (Felix Riemann)
