The plan is to have eog follow the XDG Path Specification in the
2.32/3.0 series. That will put the configuration files below ~/.config.
But still the warnings aren't cool. These come because we don't make
sure that ~/.gnome2 is present before creating eog's own subdirectory in
it. I'll look into this.
