I really like that idea, I think it will certainly help us moving forward. There will be obviously issues about getting the time availability of members. Not sure how that can be dealt. In my case I am ready to take time out. :)

I think to have bi-weekly meetings would allow the team to move forward with cretin initiatives at a faster rate and help facilitate discussions within the team (and allow more people to participate in the meetings).
