This is a great idea, Sri. It's been far too long since there's been a
dedicated Engagement Hackfest.
Let's try to figure out a good time then. I'd like to do it before GUADEC if possible. We'll need to figure out a location and month. More importantly, an agenda.
I would start building better process, the beginnings of a new website design with a purpose. that might be too big of a scope for the two or three days?
Once we nail down what is important to us to focus on what we want to work on.
