3.28 release schedule

Hi all,

We're still a little way out from the next GNOME release, but I thought that it might be useful for me to draw the team's attention to some key upcoming dates:

• 7 February - beta 1
• 21 February - beta 2
• 7 March - release candidate
• 14 March - 3.28 release

It might be good to include some of the development releases in the social media schedule...

From our own point of view, I would expect marketing work for 3.28 to begin around 14th February.
